Accession remark: in vitro from DENMARK 2006.Update 2013-01-29: corrected name from KAPATH to KAPTAH. /LeAns.; Cultivar description: Flesh colour: white. Skin colour: white with red patches particularly around the eyes. Tuber form: Round to roundish oval with slightly deep euyes. Flowers: White with a very slightly violet colouring on the under side. Leaves: rather close, usually small. Stems: Few, upright, rather high. Season: Middle late. Resistance against diseases (upon market release): The variety is resistant to wart disease. Partly resistant to late blight (Phytophtora infestans), in possession of factor R.1. Growing value: The variety has a high yield, with a high starch content. Has few, but rather large tubers which upon maturing are easly removed. Stores well.; Cultivar facts: Användning enligt Statens växtsortnämnd (Sverige) 1980: Stärkelse och sprit
